The Miss Route 66 Scholarship Organization is a scholarship-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit. An official Local Preliminary to Miss Oklahoma and Miss Oklahoma's Teen Competition. Led by Directors Jessie and Jennifer Ragland, our organization supports young women through leadership development, community service, and awarding educational scholarships. Our titleholders include Miss Lincoln County, Miss Stroud, and Miss Lincoln County's Teen, as well as our Route 66 Starlets. These titleholders serve as ambassadors for our communities that reside along historic Route 66. Our overriding mission is to cultivate the next generation of leaders through scholarships and mentorship while honoring the heritage, service, and spirit of Oklahoma’s Mother Road.
