The Miss Route 66 Scholarship Organization is a scholarship-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to the preservation and revitalization of Oklahoma’s Mother Road, and providing an organization that supports young women through leadership development, community service, and awarding educational scholarships. As an official preliminary to the Miss Oklahoma and Miss Oklahoma’s Teen competitions, we leverage the platform of pageantry to serve as Community Ambassadors to Route 66. Led by Directors Jessie and Jennifer Ragland, our mission is two-fold: drive tourism by spotlighting the landmarks and small businesses of Lincoln County and the surrounding area, and to empower the next generation of female leaders through educational scholarships and mentorship. By honoring our state's history through active service, our titleholders ensure that the spirit of the Mother Road remains a vibrant, living legacy for future generations.
Our titleholders include Miss Lincoln County Addison Tesio, Miss Stroud Sydney Arguello, and Miss Lincoln County's Teen LaceyAnn Lake, as well as our Route 66 Starlets & Oklahoma Stars.
A trip down Route 66 is an adventure unlike any other, and nowhere is that adventure more exciting or vital than right here in Oklahoma. And we cannot wait to celebrate the Route 66 Centennial with you!
